Audit Commission

The Audit Commission of JSC «Eastern Energy Company» is a major element of the internal audit system.

The Audit Commission performs its activities in compliance with the Regulation on Audit Commission of JSC Eastern Energy Company, approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 11th March 2013.

The Audit Commission performs the following functions:

• Oversight of the Company’s financial and business activities;
• Oversight of compliance of the Company’s financial and business transactions with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Company’s Articles of Association;
• Independent appraisal of information on the Company’s financial position.
